Preteen / Middle School Pastor

Preteen/Middle School Pastor - The Naz is seeking a full-time individual to serve as the primary shepherd over all aspects of the 5th – 8th grade ministries including programming and outreach. He/she must possess a multi-faceted skill set as a high capacity leader empowering volunteers, by playing a critical role on the NextGen team and building a healthy environment for our worship experiences. We seek a candidate that is teachable and trainable. This candidate must possess a high level of flexibility including excellent creative problem solving and attention to detail. We desire that a person applying for this position would have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree to have at least three years ministry experience and be district licensed with the eventual goal of ordination.

Video Producer

The Naz Creative Arts Department is HIRING a Video Producer:

The Naz is seeking an experienced Video Producer who has a passion for production and ministry for the purpose of advancing the message of Jesus Christ. This person will work in collaboration with the Media Director and staff to produce a variety of video products for, but not limited to, weekend services, promotional materials, DVD distribution, webcasting, and video streaming; conducts field-based and studio-based video production which involves interacting with people/talent and operating all portable/non-portable video and audio equipment; transports and sets up lighting and audio equipment as required; provides limited troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment. This is a full-time position.

Along with pre-production responsibilities, this effective troubleshooter will also need to plan and perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Creative Suite software; utilizes computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compresses video projects for output; makes video products available in a variety of formats including DVDs or streaming media files; internal and external video/audio duplication, order fulfillment, and distribution services as required; artwork for video/audio sales as required, editing and web distribution of weekend services and special events. Assistance in the live video production of the weekend services including video switching and camera operation are also required.

The following are some of the required skills that we are looking for in our Video Production Specialist:

  • Technically-minded person called to serve
  • Passionate about excellence within technical production environments
  • Experienced with Mac Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Digital SLR cameras (knowledge of broadcast cameras is a plus)
  • Competent in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere (knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop is a plus)
  • Basic audio knowledge and lighting knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining deadlines

The Naz Children’s Pastor

The Next Gen Children's Pastor will oversee our birth through 4th grade ministries. The individual we are seeking would be a high capacity leader who loves children and families and seeing them grow in their relationship with the Lord. The role of the Children’s Pastor is to provide leadership, development, and direction for the Children’s Ministries staff and volunteer programming teams as it pertains to the vision, mission and strategy of all environments specific to The Naz Ministries. The Children's Pastor will be the lead of the Early Childhood and Elementary departments helping establish policies/procedures, encouraging the team, holding weekly meetings individually and as a team, play a role on the Ministry Leadership Team and help in building healthy environments for our children's worship experiences here at The Naz. The Children’s Pastor will hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and preferably will possess a minimum of five years experience in a church running 900 or more members. Pastoral credentials preferred.

Child Care Teachers

Grove City Christian Child Care Center (GCCCCC) is seeking the following:

We are seeking punctual, creative, organized, resourceful, kind hearted, compassionate, self-starters and an excellent representative of GCCCCC and Jesus Christ. Teachers will spend time interacting with the children, including playing games, and interacting with parents. CDA, degree, or abundant experience preferred. We are always looking for qualified candidates that are excited to mentor and develop our children with Biblical integration as their basis of learning and interacting with other children.


The Naz Commons Staff

The Naz Commons, is seeking additional staff to be responsible for the overall success of the commons area. We seek individuals to serve customers at the Play Place, Naz Café and even cook on the grill! With the regular hours of the commons returning as school starts, there are many opportunities to get involved at our church’s gathering place!
